BRIAN DINGMAN
PARTNER
Brian is a Registered Patent Attorney with 30 years' experience counseling clients in worldwide patent and trademark procurement strategies and enforcement. Brian previously founded and chaired the IP Practice Group of a mid-size business law firm.
His practice focuses on representing companies with critical intellectual property requirements. He works with clients to develop strategies to procure patents in the United States and worldwide. He writes and prosecutes patent applications as well as counsels and assists clients in clearing and procuring trademarks.
Brian also helps to position intellectual property for license or sale, and negotiates and drafts licenses and other intellectual property transfer agreements.
Brian is active in patent and trademark disputes. He counsels clients in pre-litigation strategies and is an effective member of litigation teams.

Lyn has 25 years' experience as a paralegal, including 14 years as an IP paralegal. Lyn works directly with the U.S. Patent Office, foreign associates and clients in all aspects of patent and trademark procurement and maintenance.
